I ended up getting into the menu, and clicked need for 2 of the things (and got them), and ended up with 2 other things even though I didn't press anything.A few things, in no particular order:Īrcher (and later Bard) is heavily focused around its damage over time abilities.
The loot part was a little tricky for me too. Everyone was gone like, instantly though, and I never saw the commendation screen either. Boss stayed locked on the tank and we mashed him fast. I basically just spammed quick nock when a giant group of them were there, and heavy shot (plus OGCDs) and straight shot otherwise. So don't feel like you're ever stuck with a job - one of FFXIV's biggest strengths is that switching jobs is incredibly easyI will definitely keep this in mind! Something to keep in mind if you ever feel like leveling another class/job - you get an exp boost when you level another job that is not your highest leveled job. I have every TT card in FFXIV and I make sure to get any new ones they add as soon as they add them.
